Amuse beat Sepia Restaurant in Sydney, Muse Restaurant in Pokolbin, La Fontaine in Queensland, The Manse Restaurant in Adelaide, Jaques Reymond in Prahran, Voyager Estate Margaret River and Mezzalira Ristorante in Canberra to claim the awards.
